Wet permanent magnetic Separator:
magnetic separator widely used in iron ore concentrator, it is applied in strong magnetic minerals.
It can divide into downstream, semi-current, counter-current three types according to slot structure.
It except used as magnetic equipment in the magnetic separation plant, it also used as concentrated equipments before filter in the recent years. To replace the magnetic dehydration trough.
Strong magnetic field magnetic separator:
Strong magnetic field magnetic separator has many types, it can divided into dry and wet according to the work condition. By the magnetic source it is divided into electromagnetic and permanent magnet. According to equipment structure it can divide into disc, roller, flat ring, ring-lid, roller sensor etc.

Permanent magnet dry drum magnetic separator
Permanent Magnet Drum Separator Dry is our newly successful developed highly efficient magnetic separation equipment. Magnetic system is made by all high-performance rare earth neodymium ferrite materials and high-quality materials, by a cleverly open magnetic circuit designing, maximum magnetic induction strength of cylinder sub electoral reached 0.8T above, the magnetic field strength is 3 -5 times of conventional machine, sub-constituency of electromagnetic field strength can reach the level of intensity magnetic separator. Sorting is made crafted by stainless steel cylinder wear mining; separation mineral evenly through the vibration feeder to the upper of separation tuber, rotating cylinder tube divide non-magnetic material from tube with the magnetic material attracted to the cylinder by the strong magnetic field, it is easy to use mineral board and can precisely separate the magnetic and non-magnetic material .Magnetic field strength make the use of drum magnetic separator sorting, weak magnetic minerals into reality.
Equipment has feature of big processing capacity, wide range grain size of separation of mineral, high precision of separation, and non-blocking; simple structure, easy maintenance, strong electro power consumption is only 20% of magnetic separator.
Main usage: the election iron work of anhydrous area; refractoriness and other materials deironing work
