This is a linear vibrating screen, widely used for dry-grading the granular or small solid material in Coal, Metallurgy, Mine Industry, Electric Power, Building Material, Light Industry, Chemical Industry, etc.
    The sieving surface of this series is consisted of multi-block of different inclination angle (three is common), can make the material isopachous distributing in every section, is propitious to transmit, slicing and fully sieving in sieving surface. Compare with other linear vibrating screens, this series screen is high sieving efficiency, large processing volume of per unit, small abrasion of sieving surface and uneasy block up.
    The ZSD Series Linear Equal-thickness Screen can be installed in pedestal or hang according to spot requirements. There are several sieving surfaces i.e. Metals Knit-net, Bar, Founding, Welding, and Punching, have single-level structure or multi-level layout, can satisfy different operating requirements.

Selection description
    1. The ZSD Series Linear Equal-thickness Screen has a total of 12 set models of open and close types. Which is applied in different working environments. Please make sure to use the right voltage system and pay attention to explosion-proof requirements if any in its application.
    2.The equipment can be installed in pedestal and hang or the combined ways among other ways. This should be under fully consideration when a model is selected.

    1.All the parameters in the list are given reference values of the standardized products when they are under normal states and the rated working conditions.
    2、The Processed Volume is a reference value for the sandstone material with uniform particle size distribution, consolidation density of (1.2~1.6t/m3), and water content less than 5%.
