We always satisfy all customer requirements by our seriousness and honesty, Finally, we expect all of our customers can get Win-Win with us.
CCAW it's a new designed electromagnetic wire that copper coated aluminum material is used to make its internal conductor. Its properties are similar as copper and aluminum because it has the good electrical conductivity as copper and light weight as aluminum.
1. Direct-current electronic resistively: The electronic resistance of Copper Clad Aluminum Wire is approximately 1.5 times of pure copper wire. When the resistances are the same, the weight of CCA Round Wire is about half of the pure copper wire.
2. Good braze abilities: Because its surface is coated with a layer of pure copper, CCA Wire has the same braze ability as the pure copper wire. In the other hands it needn’t have to do special treatment.
3. Light weights: The density of the CCA Wire is 1/3 of the pure copper wire which has the same diameter. Therefore it is effective to reduce the weights of the electric cable and the coil.
Diameter range: 2.05mm to 10.0 mm
Supply Ability: 600000 Kilogram per Month
Package: WOODEN REEL(SPOOL IN CARTON)
Payment Terms: L/C,T/T
We can supply CCA wire with high quality low price. Our price is moderate enough and is almost cost price. We also have a serious quality control. We had passed the ISO9001:2000 quality management system certificate, ISO14001:2004 environment management system certificate, SGS certificate and other specialty certificates.
