Overbraided Flexible Steel Conduit For High Temperature Wiring
Inherently low fire hazard (ILFH),  Braided Flexible Metal Conduit is widely used to counter mechanical stress and is highly flexible, and it is resistant against tensile stresses and transverse pressure. This conduit also offers excellent protection to cables against hot metal particles, and immunity from electromagnetic interference. Most suitable for use in Hazardous Locations, industrial environments and high temperatures.

over BRAIDED Flexible metallic Conduit resists abrasion OR hot metal splashes for heavy machine wirings

Flexible steel conduit for heavy mechanical stress, braided flexible steel conduit
It is used to counter mechanical stress and is highly flexible, and it is resistant against tensile stresses and transverse pressure.

Over braiding Flexible metal conduit for hot metal splashes shielding

A galvanised steel conduit with stainless steel overbraid, making it
particularly suitable for chemical and heavy industrial applications.
The system affords high compression and crush strength as well as
impact resistance. As part of the Braided system range it has inherent
fire protection, high pull off strength and offers EMI screening.

Electrical Flexible metal Conduit, metallic Wire Braided,EMI shielded
Type SM-70001

Over braided flexible conduit is particularly used in (mechanical) critical situations, such as machine-building, steel works but also in transport systems and security. The SM-70001 is excellent in protecting cables against metal particles and against vandalism or rodents.

Wire Over-Braided Flexible Conduit ( SM70001 )
typically used for machineries electric cables and wirings protection
*Galvanized steel helically wound with wire over-braid.
*3/8"~2" trade size
*Resists high temperature and hot metal splashes

*Wire over-braiding provide more abrasion resistant and EMI screening.
*Explosion proof.
*Durable and long life.
*Inner core made from  galvanized steel strip.
*Low fire hazard
*Resists hot metal splashes

Applications:

Most suitable for use in Hazardous Locations, industrial environments and high temperatures, such as welding machines and metal casting machines; Also  for industrial environments where higher abrasion resistance or screening are required.
