Detailed Product Description

The spiral concentrator is a highly cost-effective energy-saving gravity concentrator, and it is adapted to concentrate mineral ores, such as iron, tin, gold, limonite, pyrite, tungsten, niobium-tantalum, coal, monazite, zircon, and other metallic or non-metallic ores. And it has been approbated by the market quickly after it was finished & promoted. The diameter of BL1500 Concentrator has been developed from 600mm to 1500mm. It has been used to replace the BL-1200 screw slide slot to mud take off and reselection in the andalusite clarification. The process ability has been improved more than 100% and the reclaim rate of the extractive ore has been improved by 20%. Now, the BL1500 has become the finalized facility of the andalusite clarification equipment. The max capability of slurry is 25m³/h, the capacity is 8~12 MT per hour. Besides, we have achieved industry application success in re-clarification callback of the seashore erinaceous ore, iron ore, tungsten ore, tin ore, vitriol residue, gangue, as well as mud take off area. It has very good performance and effects in the reclaim of the gangue and metallurgy residue. And it has gradually replaced the old types of spiral concentrator and other gravity mill run facilities.
