Working Principal
Driving system is driven by 45º helical gears, to be driven by a motor on each three modules. The speed of each two motors is controlled by one inverter. It keeps the kiln with the same speed or each different speed, if necessary. When the tiles are piled up in the kiln, the operator can control the roller’s speed movement. The rollers before the tiles piled up can switch and the tiles will go forward after the malfunction. The gears are immersed in the lubrication oil to guarantee the stability and reliability of the driving system with long life.
    The ceramic rollers must keep running when the kiln temperature is over 700℃ otherwise they will be curved and this could cause the roller broken. So the emergency generator (supplied by the user) should be prepared to keep the motor gear running to avoiding the accident happened when the Electrical supply shut off by some reason. The Emergency Generator is connected to the kiln’s control board. When the main power shut off, it will be working automatically or manually within 30 seconds in order to keep the roller’s rotation. The conversion Rotation device will be provided by the user.

Installation of the driving system
1. Installation of driving support.
The driving supports are welded by square pipe and steel plate. The section of the square pipe must parallel with the setting side of driven supporting plate. The driving supports are full welded after exactly positioned by angle
