Tris is not only a commonly used biological buffer, it can also prepare related products. Such as Bis-Tris, Tricine, TES, TAPS, etc., these are the buffers often used in biochemical experiments and molecular biology experiments. Regardless of its structure is not complicated, but the domestic manufacturers that can really do TRIS are not many. So how do we choose a TRIS manufacturer? Let's analyze it through the following points.
1. Whether the quality parameters meet the requirements
High-quality biological buffer Tris must have the characteristics: For example, the pka value is between 6 and 8; it has better solubility in water systems
Decomposability, with minimal solubility in organic solvents; relatively impermeable to biofilms, minimally affected by concentration, temperature, and ions in the medium, and can form soluble complexes with cations; dry or The solution state has excellent stability and can resist enzymatic or non-enzymatic degradation; it has a very small absorption value for visible light and ultraviolet light.
2. Is the spot available?
Many customer inquiries are above the ton level. If there is no sufficient spot as support, a lot will be lost
Important customers, because it is difficult to have the willingness to continue negotiations. On the other hand, under the condition of insufficient goods, once a customer orders, the delivery cycle is longer. If an order takes a long time to reach the customer, then The customer's buying experience will be very bad. After Desheng upgrades and reforms the equipment, the monthly output can reach the ton level, and the delivery is very timely, so there is no need to worry about this.
3. Is the after-sales service guaranteed
Whether buying diagnostic reagents or any other products, we would rather spend more money to choose a business with after-sales guarantee
Family. In this way, when we buy products, we will have a sense of peace in our hearts. Biological buffer TRIS is the same. Merchants with service commitments are more trustworthy. If you can guarantee that there are quality problems and can be returned without worry, then it is very trustworthy. Even if there are problems in the use process, you will not worry at all.
4. Whether to use the preferred scheme to synthesize tris
There are two methods for synthesizing tris, the direct method and the two-step method, but the tris, which is produced by the direct hydrogenation method, has lower yield and lower cost than the two-step method, but it is produced by the direct method. Tris has high purity, which meets the requirements of benchmark reagents for the purity of tris, and the process is stable and reasonable. It is especially suitable for producing kilogram batches. The process is simple and reasonable, and the product qualification rate is high.
