Products Features

Accumulating ten years experience of load bank design and manufacture, optimizing and innovating to the imported types, we have formed into multi-type, multifunction and multi-series products that can meet the users who have different needs. The excellent cost performance ratio of products is suitable for domestic international users.

New generation load bank have been become the industry guider due to the larger power and advanced capability and the most advanced design and technology.

★ Horizon air intake,Low noise.

★ Industrial heavy duty blower, single-phased, easy to operate.

★ Power consumption components are adopted special metal resistance, patent technology design and military products technology. It has the advantages of high-temperature resisting, high heat dissipation capability, high heat stability, no naked light, safety and reliability. It is suitable to long term operation of which running temperature is 1/3 of rating.

★ Weather-proof structure, suitable for indoor or outdoor installation.

★ Containerized structure provides ultra protection, protection grade bigger than IP55.

★ Control Modes: (optional)

1）Manual panel control (standard mode).

        2）Manual remote control

Remark: This control types is added Manual remote control function on the base of routine standard configuration.

     3）Computer controlled load add-up, load step settings at 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, 110% (manual load allocation).

4）Intelligent control: software controlled load allocation and load add-up, user-friendly interface.

★ Monitor Meter and Display. (optional)

1） Voltage, current value can be showed by 0.5 level three-digit half voltmeter and current meter.

2） AC voltage, current, active power, power factor and frequency can be tested, displayed

and recorded by 0.5 level multi-functional data meter. It can communicate with PC via RS232/485 interface.

3） AC voltage, current, active power, power factor and frequency can be tested, displayed and record by 0.5 level multi-functional LCD meter. It can achieve 2-50 times harmonic analysis and communicate with PC via harmonic analysis

4）  Test data can be displayed by LCD and set by keyboard. Machine can be controlled by CPU. A/B/C phase voltage, current, active power and frequency can be set, tested and displayed. The machine can communicate with PC via RS232/485.

5）  Not only it can display, test and record routine parameters, but also active/ reactive power, apparent power, power factor and total active/ reactive power parameter. It has the feature of 2-50 times harmonic analysis and recording wave.

6）   Special tester of generator set: It has the advantages of stable test, harmonic analysis,

record wave. Test data can be formed displayed and printed current harmonic/voltage harmonic curve, suddenly applied voltage/current/frequency, suddenly reduced voltage/current/frequency, test reports, capability reports curve and report forms.

★ Material and coating technology of load bank body

1） We adopt cold-rolled that steel plate that has been processed by spray paint and kinds of colors. They can be selected.

2）  Its figure is beautiful that is adopted cold-rolled steel plate which processed by galvanizing corrosion protection and powder coated.

3） The unit uses corrosion resistant aluminum alloy，with waterproof, heatproof and anticorrosive.

★    Intelligent load

★    1) CPU controlled; keyboard settings, LED display.

2) Standard USB adapter for data transfer to your PC/PDA

3) PC Communication via RS232 interface

4) Data processing software kit can process to teat data of lower-end computers. Test data can be formed into all kinds of chart, printed and filed.
