Black Motor Oil Recycling Filtration Plant,Waste Oil Re-refinery:

JZS waste motor oil filtration plant can effectively turn black oil to golen oil, it equips waste gas treatment device and stainless steel filtration system to separate gas, free carbon, deeply oxides, wax, particles, colloid, asphalt etc. from oil. JZS waste motor oil filtration plant use top quality components which can keep machine working well more than ten years.

(Note: we also have another model—JZC waste oil  Pyrolysis (Oil Distillation)  plant. it mainly used to change waste oil into diesel fuel oil by distillation way.)

Features:

1. Closed type filtering system use stainless steel mesh, reliable, no pollution. Two filtering units can realize continuous production.

2. Gas treatment device combined with air filter and vacuum degassing, dewatering to remove the odor and water.

3. Adding special chemicals to eliminate oil-ion’s charge polarity, collecting oil-ions and taking out them, removing asphalt, colloid and other chemical compounds.

4. Vacuum degassing, dewatering, removing particles make sure effectively improve oil properties, restoring oil performance.

5. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.

6. Imported Germany electric parts (such as SIEMENS, SCHNEIDER), good performance, safe and reliable.

7. Compact structure, reasonable layout, small space applied, large output.
