General Information

ACR NX-401 is a kind of white powder without particular sizes,and it is made from acrylate monomer by the emulsion polymerization process and its main composition is MMA.NX-401 is mainly used to improve the processing property, the plasticity and the melting property of the rigid PVC resin, to reduce the processing temperature and to enhance the surface luster of the products. The different application will use the different grade resin according to its viscosity. It complies with the criteria of GB9681-88.

Package & Handling

The product should be double-layer packed. The outside packing is craft paper bag with plastic woven bag and the inner packing is the plastic bag. 25kgs net/bag..  

Storage

Avoid insolation, drench. Stored in cool and draughty place.

Application

NX-401A is suitable to produce the pressed plates, films, granular products and transparent products;
NX-401B is suitable to produce the plates with different shape, pipes, fittings and etc.
NX-401C is suitable to produce pipes, decorative plates and etc.
The recommended ratio is 1-3 volume/100 volume PVC.
