We attained ISO 9001 certificate in 2000 and API 5L and 5CT in 2001. Our company has advanced detection equipment - X-ray testing, ultrasonic testing, hydrostatic tester, tensile testing machine, metallographic analysis instrument, physical and chemical integrity of the laboratory and measuring system.
Our company has 10 units of hot-expanded thermal , 4 alloy production lines of Hot-rolled (of seamless) Pipe , and 5 lines of Spiral Pipe, with the output of more than 400,000 tons .Our material includes ASTM A106,ASTM A53, API 5L GrB, API X42-X70,16Mn,K55,J55,N80,P110, and so on.
Hot-expander steel pipe and hot-rolled steel pipe and spiral steel pipe are produced through API spec 5C,API 5CT,GB,DIN,JIS,BS,ASTM,ANSI standards, widely used in the low-pressure fluid pipeline and the construction of the structure used.
