COSCO (JM) Aluminum Developments Co., Ltd., a fully owned subsidiary of COSCO Group, was founded in 1998. The whole factory occupies 25000 square meters in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, China. Supported by high technology and equipped with testing and inspection machines, we have established a complete production system from tooling, melt, extruding, machining, finish treatment to meet the market requirements.
Webelieve that the excellent product made by COSCO is due to our commitment and insistence to only highest quality standards from raw material to finished products. To ensure that, our production is up to ISO 9001:2000 standards. Each worker knows his own responsibilities and each product undergoes strict quality control in the course of processing.
We now mainly produce 6063, 6061, 6N01, 5083, 5056 aluminum alloy products. By cutting, drilling, tapping, milling, CNC machining, stamping, we make into various heat sinks, flashlights, panels, hardware stamps, and other aluminum punching fittings. Extensive range of finish treatment include spraying, hairlining, anodizing, chromating, powder coating, painting, silkscreen. Just tell us what you want and we will take care of it. We successfully developed hard anodized products meeting BS standards for Hong Kong KCRC west rail and east rail aluminum walkways.
