When we produce aac blocks ,will use <strong><a href="http://www.blockmachine-henan.com/AAC-mold.html">aac block mould</a></strong>  for the blocks molding ,then block will be cutted by

Description of aac mold :
In the third stage of <strong><a href="http://www.blockmachine-henan.com/AAC-blockmachine.html">aac block machine</a></strong production line ,we need use <strong><a href="http://www.blockmachine-henan.com/AAC-mold.html">aac block mould</a></strong> and side plate,for the aac block casting and maintenance.

Materials slurry can be put into the combining of the <strong><a href="http://www.blockmachine-henan.com/AAC-mold.html">aac block mould</a></strong> and the bottom surface plate. After settiling,curing and foaming it can be solidified into the blank.The bottom surface plate can bear the blank which shall be cut by the cutting machinery . and fed into the autoclave to be hardened gogether with the hardening car.

The hardening car is a carrier to carry the bottom surface plates and the blank to enter and leave the autoclave.

Purposes of <strong><a href="http://www.blockmachine-henan.com/AAC-mold.html">aac block mould</a></strong> /aac block mouldSizes :4.2m/4.8/6m    Type: movable and integral . Double-layer hollow side plates work for heat insulation ,and the inner to enhance the rigidity ,prevent from deformation and prolong the service life .

Side plate:

Structure of side plates : 4.2m,4.8m and 6.0m

Puposes:

Side plates combined with molds can hold slurry and green bricks to the cutting machine of cutting ,and after grouping with the larry ,they will be conveyed to the <strong><a href="http://www.blockmachine-henan.com/AAC-Autoclave.html">autoclave</a></strong>
