＊ Machine for the APPICATION of STAINS by roller. The electronic regulation ( independent inverters) of the APPLICATION, COATING SPREADING ROLLER and CONVEYOR achieves that the applied lacquer is perfectly extended upon the workpieces.

＊ The product quantity can be adjusted by means of the speed and the revers turning sense of the spreading evenly roller.

＊ Exclusive Four-Column-Support System of the application head.

＊ Transport of the workpieces by means of belt conveyor with automatic belt centring system.

＊ Cleaning blades with approaching and separation control palced at the outside (it is not necessary to raisethe protection-grid).

＊ Fast changing system for the application roller.

＊ Air drived double dia phram pump, no spark generated, safety and no trouble of air pollution moreover.

＊ Control barrier for the workpiece thickness with emergency stop.

＊ This machine can be combined with Long-Type conveyors.

Accurate Coating Thickness Control
The clearance between the coating roll and the doctor roll is easily and accurately adjusted for correct thickness coating control. The coating roller can be adjusted to synchronise.

Air Diaphragm Pump
Spark-free for maximum safety. The pump is air operated and offers high pressure pumping efficiency. Extremely stable delivery of finished material.

This series of roller coaters are ideal for coating all types of workpieces, including panels, plywood, furniture components, steel plate, construction materials, and lenses etc.

Variable Feed Speed
It is achieved through an inverter. Speed can be seen on LED display.

Synchronised Coating & Doctor Roll Elevation
Convenient and fast roll adjustment can be made simultaneously. This ensures a uniform coating thickness.
