Youge factory floating buoy features:

All Pipe & Line Floats are molded as one piece from tough, impact resistant high density polyethylene which will withstand sub zero temperatures. The floats will not rust or corrode and is resistant to most chemicals. A UV stabilizer is added to the polyethylene for excellent resistant to sunlight (UV). The low profile float design provides stability and reduced resistance to waves, currents, and winds .

Of the rotomoulds, marine float is a comparatively easy project for us to make cast aluminum rotomould for, and we have very good experience in achieving a good cavity finish, which makes rotomolded float demoulded easily, and we know how to adjust the lock structure, ensuring each rotomolded marine float can be connected to others properly.

Also, for a rotomolded float as large as we have made rotomould for, we will also advise to add re-inforcing features, improving float's performance in strength and reliability.

① Low cost, the same size of the product, the cost of rotoplastic mold is about 1/3 to 1/4 of the cost of blow molding and injection mold.

② The product is formed once by the rotoplastic process, resistant to acid and alkali, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and drop resistance, easy to clean, good tightness, and can protect the product contents from damage.

③ The corner of the product formed by the special process is 15%-20% thicker than the surface, and there is almost no return charge in the production process, and the rotomizing process has a high utilization rate for the material.

④ Good air tightness, high toughness, high resilience, to ensure no deformation.

⑤ Rotoplastic products can be filled with foam materials to achieve thermal insulation and refrigeration.

⑥ Simple maintenance, long service life, comprehensive use of cost-effective.

⑦ Positioning foam plastic buffer damping system, vibration, vibration conditions to ensure the safety and reliability of the carrier.

8 Rotoplastic products can be produced without fear of complexity, and the thickness of more than 5 mm, can be placed a variety of inlays.
Youge Factory Company profile:

Fist, with more than 16 years of experience in rotomizing product molds, we are able to implement various design requirements, mold structures or specific mold details.

Second, we provide detailed mold drawings, showing every detail of the mold, and prevent any possible misunderstanding through fair interpretation.

Third, provide a one-stop service, as long as the sample or approved drawings sent to us, you can get satisfactory samples within the delivery time.

Fourthly, it is possible to prevent or eliminate air holes in the mold, although air holes often appear on aluminum castings.5, by using special mold design and making the program progress parallel, or many other solutions, we can achieve extremely short lead times for urgent projects.
