Product Introduction
1. It has high strength, high modulus, dimensional stability, and good processability. Suitable for mechanical equipment transmission shafts, toys, advertising exhibition stands, fitness equipment, kites, tents, umbrellas, bags, sails, arrow poles, ski poles, flagpoles, anchor rods, exhibition stands, electric motors, transformers, and sports equipment in various fields of national economic construction.
2. Extremely strong corrosion resistance (able to withstand the vast majority of chemical corrosive media), with good wear resistance, vibration attenuation, fatigue resistance, and low friction coefficient, suitable for the chemical industry: offshore oil field exploration and mining equipment and platforms, PCB equipment transmission shafts, electroplating equipment transmission shafts, etc. The product has a long service life in places with strong corrosive media. The scope of use in various aspects of industry and civil use is becoming increasingly widespread and favored by people.
3. It has high specific strength, high specific modulus, good X-ray transmittance, biocompatibility, and strong elastic deformation ability, and is suitable for the field of medical equipment: medical devices, structural components of medical equipment, prostheses, hands, artificial bones, artificial joints, and so on.
4. Strong resistance to high temperature, creep, chemical corrosion, and harsh environmental climate changes, good seismic performance, and inherent characteristics of high strength and high modulus. Suitable for CFRP reinforcement, it can replace ordinary steel bars to increase the bearing capacity of concrete structures. It has been widely used in cement structures in corrosive media environments in civil engineering to construct new concrete structures.
5. Low self weight and high material tensile strength, i.e. lightweight and high-strength. Widely used in structural materials such as aviation, aerospace, military industry, kites, sports and leisure.
